• Kitchen is newly re-modelled, and shiny, with all new equipments, tools and condiments. We have stocked the same with Grill components as well as full Coffee station. Sauces, seasonings, Cereals, and Hot Chocolates are included.
• Dining area features a new 8-seater Dining Table, and a wrap-around window looking at the driveway, one of the best scenes that would refresh your morning breakfast
• Master Bedroom is contemporary and comfy, equipped with a large bed and a Daybed with Trundle. Comes with attached bath and a extremely long walk-in closet that will be accessible to guests.
• Bunk Bedroom features a FULL Bunk Bed and a Wall-Mounted TV and a lot of space for kids and also adults to settle in with their choice of toys and games
• Bedroom 3 is he picturesque one, classy with a standard queen bed and closets
• The house features a Big Garage-converted-to-Game Room with ample sofa-seating, ping-pong table, foosball table, and a large TV and stand, opens up to the driveway for easy access to cars.
• The house features new Washer Dryer in a totally separate Laundry room, that has access to some of the best views of Yosemite Fork valley. The closets are stuffed with extra towels accessible to guests on demand. And the water in the house is soft water, with water softener located in the garage.
• Outdoor features a Gazebo and Patio Conversation Set with 5-burner BBQ Grill, and a separate wood firepit with seating around. Enjoy the mountain view over couple of acres of outdoor space.
• The house is equipped with Outdoor Cameras on all sides that is monitored during check-in, check-out and quiet hours that start early in the mountains. After quiet hours, be sure to turn off all lights and fire, and explore the best star-gazing opportunity in the Sierras, this is one of the best posh neighborhood where you can walk a mile in the dark on well constructed roads. Or just sit, back, relax and pull out your telescopes for the most beautiful spectrum of colors at night.

All Cleaning supplies are locked in Cleaners closet. Guests can access all other portion of the house.

Enjoy every bit of wilderness without losing access to City amenities and shops in one of the most beautiful Oakhurst Sky Ranch neighborhood. The house is just by Highway 41 en-route to Yosemite South Gate from Oakhurst City Center. Guest parking is available on the premises in front of Garage. Roadside Parking is abundant in and around the Sky Ranch neighborhood, with little to no restriction.

The house is only 15 min away from Yosemite South Gate. No reservation required if you leave the house on or before 5:40 AM in the morning, or after 4 PM in the afternoon.

The house features two entrances. Parking is available at either side of the house. Firewood is at plenty and wood fire pit is available on demand, if you can complete the fire permit from San Joaquin Valley Air District website - "Check before you Burn".
