This exquisite 2-story Villa atop 10-acres of forest land is a thrilling 25 minute drive to Yosemite South Gate, 15 minutes from Bass Lake and 10 minutes from Oakhurst. This spacious, air-conditioned, 2-BEDROOM, 1-BATH accommodation, located on the lower level of the Black Oak Forest Villa, is fully loaded and comes with an entertainment room, kitchenette, Air-Hocky table, outside Ping-pong table, games, TV, laundry facilities, EV-Charger, BBQ Grill, wood burning fireplace, dedicated lower-level parking under deck and a mesmerizing sunset vista. Upstairs is a separate accommodation, with 2 more bedrooms, both with private full bathroom as well as Hot Tub, Fire Pit and full kitchen. You may add a-la-carte the upper level via guest portal after booking. With paved, 2-lane county maintained road access leading to the driveway, this beautiful, private and peaceful home, sitting atop 10 gorgeous acres of oak, pine and manzanita trees will be your winter and summer destination.

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES connect with nature on a walk along the forested hiking trails that take you down to twin creeks and trail seating. Wildlife sightings are common during sunrise and sunset as deer and other animals stop to graze or sip water at the orchard and creeks.

LIVING SPACE: The interior features 1350 SQFT of living area, an entertainment area, a kitchenette, wet bar, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dining area, wood burning fireplace, laundry facilities and large sliding glass doors leading to a covered porch from the Master Bedroom looking over a park like setting with plenty of forest land with wildlife galore. In the lower level you may hear movement of guests in the upper level if it’s booked during your stay.

AMENITIES: 2 bedrooms, one with attached bath which is accessible to the entertainment room, the second bedroom accessible from the entertainment room and rollaway beds provided upon request. Features covered parking under deck, with magnificent views of the Sierra Forest all around and 2 different seating areas

HIPCAMP features indoor sleeping accommodation for two on USGS style cots, electricity, water, picnic table, BBQ grill, outdoor shower/restroom. The campsite is available during Summer, requires a separate reservation and is located at the end of a separate driveway entrance on your left as soon as you enter the main driveway from Jean Road. .

PARKING: The concrete paved driveways lead to covered parking under deck near the lower level entrance. Parking is permitted in other concrete paved areas near the lower level entrance without blocking the driveway. All lower level areas are accessible to guests except the Cleaner's closet (keypad door) and Carport.

Guests have access to the enter Lower Level of the Black Oak Villa forest house, including Master Bedroom, Kitchenette with Microwave, Refrigerator and a wet bar, with attached full bathroom, the laundry area, the whole entertainment room including seating and TV, an Air Hockey, and an outdoor ping pong table, and a separate bedroom on the other side of game room with a Twin over Full Bunk Bed.

In addition, guests have access to hiking trail, picnic area down below by the twin creek and bridge, and a separate Hip Camp that comes with water, electricity, picnic table and outdoor shower and the associated lush green meadows.

Guests can upgrade their reservation to the whole villa if available by reaching out to the property management via airbnb. Upstairs deck and Hot tub can also be added to the reservation, if available, and by paying extra price.

Management team is available whenever needed by guests and our office is located within minutes of the property at Oakhurst Plaza beside the Yosemite Visitor Center.

This private mountain Villa is in a rural area so you will need a car to reach restaurants and shopping in Oakhurst, Bass Lake and Yosemite Park. Roads leading from the property to town are maintained by the county year-round. All-wheel drive is recommended during winter as this house sits at 3300 feet and enjoys fair amount of snow.
