• Living Room features a large Sectional Sofa, full sized pool table and Television. Open the blinds and you will have mountain views on both sides

• Kitchen is newly remodeled, with all new equipment, tools and condiments. We have stocked the same with Grill components as well as full Coffee station. Sauces, seasonings, Cereals, and Hot Chocolates are included.

• Kitchen comes with a reverse-osmosis water filtration outlet right at the sink for your convenience.

• Dining area features seating for 12-14 people

• There is a counter high work area just next to the dining table.

• Master Bedroom is contemporary and comfy, equipped with 2 queen beds and a Daybed with Trundle. Comes with attached bath and a walk-in closet that will be accessible to guests.

• Bunk Bedroom features a FULL Bunk Bed, day bed and a lot of space for kids and also adults to settle in with their choice of toys and games

• Bedroom 3 is the picturesque one, classy with a standard queen bed and closets

• Multiple driveway car spaces for easy access to cars.

• The house features Washer Dryer in a separate Laundry Area. The closets are stuffed with extra towels accessible to guests on demand.

• The house features a Wrap around deck all around, a sunken deck with lights and seating by the hot tub area and an outdoor kitchen with 5-burner BBQ Grill, refrigerator, brand new granite countertop and a separate fire pit with seating around. Enjoy the mountain view over couple of acres of outdoor space.

• The house is equipped with an Outdoor Camera at the front entrance that is monitored during check-in, check-out and quiet hours that start early in the mountains. After quiet hours, be sure to turn off all lights and fire, and explore the best star-gazing opportunity in the Sierras, this is one of the best posh neighborhood where you can walk a mile in the dark on well constructed roads. Or just sit, back, relax and pull out your telescopes for the most beautiful spectrum of colors at night.

Guest can access all areas including the garage that has a level-2 220V 50 Amps EV charger with J1772 connector. Guest would need to bring their own adapter for Tesla.

House is managed and monitored by Sugar Pines Property Management round the clock, we encourage guests to connect with primary host via the channel or via guest portal round the clock. Phone/text coverage from 8 AM - 6 PM only.

The house features two entrances. Parking is available in front of the stairs as well as inside the Shed. RV Parking at the side yard. Firewood is plenty and a wood fire pit is available on demand if you can complete the fire permit from the San Joaquin Valley Air District website - "Check before you Burn".
