- Kitchen is newly remodeled, with all new equipment, tools and condiments. We have stocked the same with Grill components as well as full Coffee station. Sauces, seasonings, Cereals, and Hot Chocolates are included.

- Kitchen comes with a reverse-osmosis water filtration outlet right at the sink for your convenience.
- Dining area features seating for 12-14 people
- There is a counter high work area just next to the dining table.
- Master Bedroom is contemporary and comfy, equipped with 2 queen beds and a Daybed with Trundle. Comes with attached bath and a walk-in closet that will be accessible to guests.
- Bunk Bedroom features a FULL Bunk Bed, day bed and a lot of space for kids and also adults to settle in with their choice of toys and games
- Bedroom 3 is the picturesque one, classy with a standard queen bed and closets
- Multiple driveway car spaces for easy access to cars.
- The house features Washer Dryer in a separate Laundry Area. The closets are stuffed with extra towels accessible to guests on demand.

- The house is equipped with an Outdoor Camera at the front entrance that is monitored during check-in, check-out and quiet hours that start early in the mountains. After quiet hours, be sure to turn off all lights and fire, and explore the best star-gazing opportunity in the Sierras, this is one of the best posh neighborhood where you can walk a mile in the dark on well constructed roads. Or just sit, back, relax and pull out your telescopes for the most beautiful spectrum of colors at night.

Guest can access all areas including the garage that has a level-2 220V 50 Amps EV charger with J1772 connector. Guest would need to bring their own adapter for Tesla.

House is managed and monitored by Sugar Pines Property Management round the clock, we encourage guests to connect with primary host via the channel or via guest portal round the clock.  Phone/text coverage from 8 AM - 6 PM only.

Kitchen had everything we needed. Overall very well equipped. Beds were comfortable, although the pillows weren’t our favorite. Fireplace was cozy - but make sure you latch the door so the smoke goes up properly. Karaoke machine was a nice touch. Loved how all the windows and doors could open up for a nice breeze and fresh air. We saw some deer, wild turkey and lots of birds. Location was great, very convenient in between town and not too far from South Gate entrance to the park. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. It was a little difficult to find at first because the GPS took us around the corner, it’s easy to miss but when you see it you’re like duh! Lovely apricot tree in the backyard. Went for my mom’s 70th with family and had a great time. Would recommend and return!" (10/5)
