This mountain retreat house is located on a 1 acre fenced/gated hilltop. This home has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths with breathtaking views of the mountains. Located a few minutes from the center of
Oakhurst and a short drive to Bass Lake and the Southgate to Yosemite. Relax in the hot tub or near the fire for a warm and relaxed break.

Sugar Pines Property Management manages the property and is available round the clock over the app, text and phone. Property Management Office is just besides Visitor center and most turnarounds are within 45 min between 10-6 PM.

You’ll be close to all that is in the heart of the town of Oakhurst. Two major shopping centers, anchored by Raley’s and Von’s grocery stores, provide the necessities as well as luxuries, and are 5 minutes away (2.1 miles). The immediate area includes a Chase Bank, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, Jack in the Box, Hardware store, gas stations, Pizza, Mexican restaurant, donuts, gift shops, visitor center, Post Office, coffee shop, cinemas, drug stores, Big 5 Sporting Goods, to name a few. There’s a sushi restaurant in town, in addition to other fare.

You'll be just under 6 miles from the Bass Lake and about 15 miles from the south entrance of Yosemite National Park.

The house gets its fair share of snow every year during December to March, but snow rarely causes problem. Paved way takes all the way into the gated entrance.

The Gate Code and Door Code are separately generated and shared via Check-in Instruction 24 hours before checking in. Early check-in and late checkout available at $50 per hour.
