This spacious, air-conditioned, 4-BEDROOM, 3-BATH Villa is fully loaded with Hot Tub, EV Charger, Fire Pit, covered porches, covered parking, amenities, games, and activities.   2 upstairs bedrooms have private full bathroom, the 3rd bedroom has an attached full bathroom, balcony and fireplace, and the 4th bedroom includes an entertainment room.  With paved, 2-lane county maintained road access leading to the driveway, this beautiful, private and peaceful home, sitting atop 10 gorgeous acres of oak, pine and manzanita trees will be your winter and summer destination.   

OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES connect with nature on a walk along the forested hiking trails that take you down to twin creeks and trail seating.  Wildlife sightings are common during sunrise and sunset as deer and other animals stop to graze or sip water at the orchard and creeks.  Interior 

LIVING SPACE features 2700 SQFT of living area, an open floor plan upstairs with high ceilings, custom lighting, a phenomenally beautiful kitchen with pantry and bar top, a freestanding wood stove fireplace, living room and dining room.  The downstairs feature a large entertainment area with TV, Air Hockey and board games, a kitchenette with mini-refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, a dining area, a wood burning fireplace, laundry facilities and an outdoor ping pong table. The HIPCAMP campsite is available during Summer, requires a separate reservation and is located at the end of a separate driveway entrance on your left as soon as you enter the main driveway from Jean Road. It features indoor sleeping accommodation for two on USGS style cots, electricity, water, picnic table, BBQ grill, outdoor shower/restroom.  

PARKING: The concrete paved driveways lead to Carport parking and under deck covered parking.  Parking permitted in other concrete paved areas without blocking the driveway.   All areas are accessible to guests except the Owner's closet (upstairs) and Cleaner's closet (downstairs, keypad door) and Carport Shed.

This private mountain Villa is in a rural area so you will need a car to reach restaurants and shopping Oakhurst, Bass Lake or Yosemite Park.   Roads leading from the property to town are maintained by the county year-round.   All-wheel drive is recommended during winter as this house sits at 3300 feet and enjoys fair amount of snow. 

If arriving after sunset, no worries. Great roads will take you all the way to the driveway. As you enter driveway on the left, you will see the house lit up on the top. Pull right up to the area in front of Carport and you can park anywhere in and around the circular driveway. Look for markers indicating "Upper Level" and "Lower Level" parking.
