Pet Policy
- Pet fee of $120 fee per pet per reservation
- Only 2 small pets less than 40-45 lbs and crate-trained are allowed in the property
- Pet owners are required to disclose at the time of reservation or soon immediately afterward
- Pets are Not allowed on any beds, hot tub,  any furniture
- Be cautious of the presence of wild animals and keep an eye on your pets. 
- Property management or homeowner takes no liability for any damages caused to the pets, and the security deposit will be forfeited if there are damages or mess created by the pets.

In-Law Bedroom
- House features a separate In-Law bedroom, with two queen beds, dedicated workspace, internet access,  TV, and room darkening shades
