The beds were comfortable and the interior was clean. The hosts were quick at replying to our messages through the app. The bad: When we were about an hour drive away from the Airbnb we received a message from the host saying that the hot tub was not working. When we arrived, we found out that the sauna also was not working properly. It was not assembled correctly, which caused the hot air to escape and we barely broke a sweat inside of it. Unfortunately the hot tub and the sauna were the main reasons we chose this home so we were very bummed out. The host offered to work with us on the amenity fees but it’s now been 2 weeks and we still have yet to receive it which has been frustrating. Also many of the games (like fusball and Pac-Man) were broken or missing pieces. I feel overall the photos of the house were misleading." (6/5)
